1.1 The tool is an aid, not a definitive pricing mechanism; the user or trader bears sole responsibility for any buying or selling decisions and any errors resulting from them.
1.2 The use of multiple fake accounts to bypass usage limits is prohibited; the account will be permanently banned if such activity is detected.
1.3 Use of the tool for legally prohibited purposes—such as drug trafficking or the arms trade—is forbidden.
1.4 Use of the tool for products subject to regulatory oversight or licensing requirements—such as food and pharmaceuticals—is forbidden.
II. Privacy Policy
2.1 We collect only the following information from the client:
Account Telegram ID.
Telegram account name.
2.2 Sharing any data with third parties is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Users have the right to request the complete deletion of their data, provided they specify the reason.
2.4 No refunds or reimbursements will be issued if the user's data is deleted.
2.5 Any outstanding balances owed by the user must be paid in full before data deletion.
2.6 User data is used solely for the provision of the service.
2.7 Users will be notified of any policy changes; failure to agree to the new terms will result in the suspension of access to the tool.
III. Refund Policy
3.1 Full refunds are not permitted; if a client requests a refund, 70% of the paid amount will be returned.
3.2 No refunds will be issued once the user has utilized the service.
3.3 Users may cancel their subscription at any time, though this does not automatically entitle them to a refund; the support team must be contacted regarding refund requests. 1.4 The user is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid in the event of a malfunction in the tool persisting for more than 72 hours.
